slow upload speed on KVM VM

I'm running KVM on Ubuntu 18.04 when running the internet speed performance test I received a 900M/s download and 45M/s max upload which is less than what I get from the ISP 1G/s up and down.

The setup is on BL460c G9 . I tried TCP offloading and I got up to 90M/s upload speed. Do anyone have an idea of what should I do to get a decent upload speed?

Ubuntu 18.04 is end of life and no longer supported in any way. I suggest you run a final full backup, wipe the install off and do a clean install of Ubuntu 24.04. This is LTS and supported until April 2029
