Feedback on the HP Z2 SFF G5 Workstation (202008-28175)

This kernel does not work with gstreamer properly. That I know of so far the vaapih264enc. I pulled the 1.18 gstreamer from groovy and install it on focal. This currently works with 5.4.0-42-generic. So are there any other versions of Ubuntu that work this machine?
